PPAI Staff Observes Earth Day
With Tree-Planting
PPAI
staff celebrated Earth Day with a tree-planting on the
Association’s grounds in Irving, Texas. The annual event, held
each April 22, began in 1970 and supports environmental pro-
tection.
The Association’s Earth Day participation was spearheaded
by its Go Green staff committee, a group working to make
PPAI a more environmentally friendly workplace. The commit-
tee plans to make planting a tree on Earth Day an annual
event as a way of giving back to the land PPAI occupies.
