PPAI mourns the
loss of former staff
member
Tanya Renee
Baugus
of Grand
Prairie, Texas, who
passed away January
30 at age 48. She
worked in
PPAI
’s marketing
department from the late 1980s
to the late 1990s where she met
her husband, RV Baugus, Jr., who
was
PPB
’s news editor.
For the past eight years, she
was an event coordinator and
office manager at Coaches
Outreach in Irving, Texas. A grad-
uate of Hawkins High School in
Hawkins, Texas, Baugus attended
Dallas Baptist University. She was
a member of Oak View Baptist
Church in Irving.
Baugus is precded
in death by her par-
ents and is survived
by her husband,two
brothers, a sister, an
aunt and numerous
cousins, nieces and
nephews. A funeral
service was held
February 7 in Irving.
Donations may be
made in her memory
to Coaches Outreach.
Faye M. Biesel
,
sales coordinator and
29-year employee at
Meridian Metal Works
(UPIC:
Custom1) in Delavan, Wisconsin,
and a 2013
PPB

Superheroes honoree, passed
away February 12 after a battle
with cancer. She was 59.
When Michael Dustman,
Meridian vice president of sales,
nominated Biesel for the honor,
he said, “She isn’t flashy, does-
n’t seek glory and doesn’t ask
for recognition. But Faye is ‘the
foundation’ for Meridian. I’ve
not found a more rock-solid pil-
lar of reliability than Faye. …
Neither our owner nor I would
trade Faye for anything because
she’s always there for our
customers.”
Biesel is survived by her hus-
band, Bob, who also works at
Meridian as an artist and sculp-
tor. Services were held at
Calvary Community Church in
Williams Bay.
