How did your company get its start?

Eva Bauer and I met while attending Stanford University’s
Product Design program. During our second year we decided to
put our design skills to the test and tackle the problem of shop-
pers forgetting their reusable
bags. We’ve solved this prob-
lem with a bag that compacts
down into a ball the size of a
peach, making it a snap for
shoppers to simply keep a bag
with them all the time. Since
then, we’ve launched a variety
of innovative bag designs, with
a strong focus on function
that really works for how peo-
ple live.
