up the Association looks at the team behind

magazine’s mission is to empower

promotional professionals by providing idea-

driven information and indispensable educa-

tion, and to expand readers’ resources for

products and services. The department’s other

publications support and further those goals

through varying channels and schedules, and

expanded content.

PPAI’s publications work to reach indus-

try members through platforms and channels

that best meet their needs. To that end, the

department has experimented with mobile

applications, innovative web solutions and

fresh content on the forefront of the indus-

try’s priorities and trends. The department

also spotlights the industry’s best and bright-

est, with editorial features throughout the

year that recognize individual and company

accomplishments.

PPB

“The Publications

Department has the

essential responsibility of

keeping members

informed on industry and

Association news, and

also reaching them con-

sistently with thought-

provoking, informative

articles to help them suc-

ceed personally and pro-

fessionally,” says Tina

Berres Filipski, editor of

PPAI’s print and digital

publications and director

of the department. “It’s

an exciting time to be in

the content delivery

business as we are learn-

ing more about how our

members want to con-

sume their information.

This presents some interesting challenges to

help us grow as communicators.”
