INSIDE PPAI
PAI WELCOMED its newly elected board members and the Executive Committee to
the Association’s Irving, Texas, headquarters in December.
Dale T. Denham, MAS+, CIO of distributor Geiger, and Norm Hullinger, CEO of
supplier alphabroder, were elected to the board in October. Scott Hareid, president of multi-line repre-
sentative agency Hareid Marketing, was appointed the RAC Delegate to the PPAI board. The three
were in town for a New Director Orientation to learn about board and volunteer roles and responsi-
bilities, PPAI governance structure, the strategic plan and budgets. The incoming board members also
met with PPAI directors and staff, receiving a high-level look at the operations, products and services
of each department.
The members of the PPAI Executive Committee—Board Chair Mark Jenkins, MAS+; Chair
Elect Rick Brenner, MAS; Immediate Past Chair Marc Simon; Financial Services Vice Chair Tom
Goos; and Association General Counsel Cory Halliburton met in person and by phone for their
annual December budget meeting, during which they discussed PPAI’s 2015 budget and other
Association business.
