WHAT EMPLOYEES SAY ABOUT GRAPHCOLINE

(UPIC: GRAPHCO):

“I work with a great group

of people who take ownership of their job

duties. We are proud to work here,” says Barb

Nees, a two-year employee. Three-year

employee Eric Cox commends the quality

behind the company. “Graphcoline stands

behind their product, processes and services.

It’s a company built on integrity at all levels.”

Newcomer Delca Kaster says, “It’s easier to ask

why I don’t love working here because I love,

love, love my job. As challenging as a day may

seem, we have amazing working relationships

that make the rough days easy.”

HOW IT DIFFERENTIATES ITSELF AS AN

EMPLOYER:

“We have a great office culture

and opportunities to grow,” says Allie

Finnegan, a three-year employee. Her three-

year co-worker, Mitzi McQueary, likes the

fact that the company offers many learning

opportunities. Barbara MacKinnon, a 15-year

veteran, adds, “We strive to work as a team

and support each other’s individual successes

that make us successful together.”

THE INSIDE STORY

|

The company celebrates

its success in a number of ways. It holds two large

company parties each year—one in summer to cele-

brate the first half of the year, and one in December

to recognize successes in the second half, with

awards presented for top sales and best performers

of the year. It also rewards employees with end-of-

quarter catered lunches, and positive and construc-

tive feedback around the office on a regular basis.

Graphcoline offers a “great

office culture and opportunities

to grow” for its employees,

whose individual successes are

recognized and supported

through awards and positive

feedback.
