What’s your favorite thing about being in the promotional
products industry?
It is just so gratifying to help a client recognize
their employees in a fashion-forward manner. Because every piece
is individually created, the product is so special to the client. What’s
most important in this process is that we build a strong relationship
with our distributor so we can better understand their needs, and
honor a quick turnaround that’s on time and on budget without
compromising quality. This is a business that’s all about people and
relationships.
When did your company know that it wanted to be a part of
this industry?
Chronomatic has been in the promotional products
industry for more than 50 years. I would say in the past four years
we decided to partner exclusively with distributors to provide fash-
ionable logo jewelry. Our focus on promotional products hasn’t
changed, but our decision to work only with distributors has given
us the opportunity to reach more potential customers and work
with a variety of brands in so many different industries.
Why did you join PPAI?
PPAI is a terrific association. It’s rep-
utable and credible, which is why I plan to be very involved with
PPAI. It’s a great networking opportunity for me and my business. I
hope to be a resource for other members so they can get to know
the quality and innovation behind our fashionable logo jewelry.
