Brand Assist makes changing the tone and modifying supplier-supplied product descriptions for e-commerce stores, marketing, and quotes easy. Order Assist flags missing ship dates, addresses, artwork approvals and margin alerts to keep orders on track and save valuable time. Finally, Task Assist analyzes reports and dashboards across workflows and modules, giving managers a daily view of priorities and bottlenecks. Since distributors aim to improve margins and sales, the Report Generator creates a unified dataset across all modules. “Instead of multiple downloads and stitching spreadsheets, you get a single source of custom reports,” Rabideau says.
