Community | PPPC Communiqué PPPC Announces TOPS+ 2025 Tour Dates The traveling promotional products trade show, which is coming to five cities in Canada, kicks off in February. By Margaret Williamson Batuszkin THE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT PROFESSIONALS of Canada has released the dates for TOPS+ 2025, Canada’s longest running traveling promotional products trade show. TOPS+ 2025 offers members the opportunity to kick off the new year with a bang by networking and conducting business in their local provinces following the momentum of The PPAI Expo 2025 in Las Vegas, January 13-16. The TOPS+ 2025 tour schedule is as follows and offers new venue locations in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver: • TOPS+ Montreal (February 11) – Sheraton Laval, Montreal • TOPS+ Toronto (February 13) – Great Canadian Casino, Toronto • TOPS+ Winnipeg (February 20) – RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg • TOPS+ Calgary (February 24) – Westin Calgary Airport Hotel, Calgary • TOPS+ Vancouver (February 27) – Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver TOPS+ connects suppliers, multi-line reps, distributors and their clients. It’s a great opportunity to generate leads, grow networks and showcase or preview the latest promo merch for the year, along with any new innovations. It’s also designed to inspire attendees and their clients for upcoming events and campaigns. The main appeal of TOPS+ is that it gives you the ability to do business in one central location in or near your hometown in a short amount of time. Many members have cited the ability to network with several clients in one day to be not only cost-effective, but also a big time-saver. Plus, it’s a great precursor to PPPC’s annual National Convention (aka NATCON) each fall. At each TOPS+ event, the show floor is scheduled to open at 10 a.m. and close by 3 p.m. PPPC anticipates more than 100 distributors and their clients per tour stop and more than 100 suppliers to exhibit. Registration for the event is expected to open in December. Sponsorship opportunities will be available to exhibitors for each of the tour stops, and professional development opportunities are currently in the planning stages, along with local chapter social events. Supplier and distributor members talk shop in the Stormtech booth at TOPS+ Toronto in 2024. 62 • OCTOBER 2024 • PPAI
