The plush Demogorgon was constructed of Velboa faux fur and brushed terry fabric. Each piece was hand-sewn and stuffed with polyester fiber and plastic pellets. The unique design of the face required intricately printing the details directly onto the fabric, and the ink had to be flash cured to both ensure no bleed-through and allow the print to be bright and vibrant. Artistic Toys & Promotions affixed a woven label bearing the embroidered Stranger Things and Netflix logos on the bottom of each Demogorgon’s foot.
