PPPC Communiqué | Community and appreciate the cost- and time-saving benefits of TOPS+, and distributors find it’s a great opportunity to offer clients a preview of the newest promotional products in Canada to help inspire new campaigns or events. “The TOPS+ tour afforded me the opportunity to speak with more distributors at each show than I could have individually visited myself,” says Craig Lockhart, corporate division director for Mint Green Group in Montreal, Quebec, a new supplier member to PPPC. “It was a great start.” Distributor member Laura Hansen, president of The Image Group, says her customers recognize the advantage of having the opportunity to connect at TOPS+ and see where their promotional products are sourced, along with meeting the people and the companies behind them. “We encouraged our customers to attend TOPS+2023, as it makes our job that much easier when they can see samples firsthand and talk to suppliers directly,” she added. During the TOPS+ tour, PPPC also hosted local chapter events before each tour stop to unite members in raising a glass to the new year to toast the upcoming show. These events were held in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg, which marked the return of the latter city to the TOPS+ tour and proved to be one of the most attended tour stops for 2023. PPPC members united across the country and brought their A game to make this year’s TOPS+ bigger and better than ever. –Jonathan N.
