Association members elected Dan Pantano, president and CEO of supplier alphabroder|Prime Line, and Joshua White, head of strategy for distributor BAMKO, to the PPAI board in September. Also in September, Kara Keister, MAS, “promise keeper” at her Ohio-based distributorship Social Good Promotions, joined the board as the Regional Relations Committee (RRC) delegate to the board. Pantano and White’s tenure on the board begins in January at The PPAI Expo 2023 and extends through The PPAI Expo 2027. The industry veterans will replace the expiring terms of R. Renee Jones, founder and CEO of A Creative Touch, and David Nicholson, vice chairman of PCNA. Keister was appointed to replace Lindsey Davis, MAS, who held the position from January 2021 until joining PPAI’s staff as the Association’s Promotional Products Work manager in July. Pantano joined alphabroder|Prime Line as its president in 2013. Prior to getting into the promo industry, he spent 20 years working for Baxter Healthcare, McKesson and Thermo Fisher Scientific, all Fortune 500 companies. “My first week on the job was Las Vegas [for The PPAI Expo],” Pantano says. “It was a way to truly get connected in the industry and start to build relationships.” Upon joining alphabroder|Prime Line, he led the commercial side of the “It’s a great honor to be elected to the PPAI Board.
