My roommate and I bought a laser cutter, put it in the basement of our rental house and started making products. We soon realized we could make quite the impression by putting anyone’s name or logo on the leather goods we were making. What led your company to enter the promotional products market? When bigger local companies in Portland started coming to us with larger orders for their businesses, we knew this was an untapped market for our kind of product. We could serve this space differently than the average company. Premium, custom, handmade leather goods, made with U.S. leather, was something we hadn’t seen before in this space. What’s your favorite thing about being in the promotional products industry? Working with companies on the design process, then showing them the final product, never gets old. When they see the quality of the end product, in combination with their design coming to life, watching their rection says it all every time. Why did you join PPAI? To join the biggest and the best! We want to get in front of as many eyes as possible, and what better way in the promotional product space is there than PPAI?
