Consider these pre- pandemic stats: 62 % of female workers wanted their employer to allow them to work from home, compared to 53 percent of male workers. 40 % of female workers did not work remotely because their company did not allow it, compared to 25 percent of men. 62 % of female workers were more likely than their male counterparts (17 percent) to have quit a job because their employer did not offer a flexible work schedule.
