We found a microwave-safe, food-safe plastic, originally invented for the airlines, that was a perfect fit for digitally decorated personalized plates, platters and bowls. We spent two years refining the production process and opened our doors in early 2014. What led your company to enter the promotional products market? We started getting calls from promotional products customers looking for a USA-manufactured alternative to melamine. Our ThermoS ā f ® products are heavier than melamine and exceed all FDA requirements for food safety. What’s your favorite thing about being in the promotional products industry? So far, the customers have been awesome, and the size of the potential customer base is really exciting. Why did you join PPAI? PPAI is a perfect entré to the customers we want to reach.
