Massey, director of legal and regulatory affairs at West Jordan, Utah-based supplier SnugZ USA, passed away on December 13. He was 54. Massey joined SnugZ USA more than seven years ago, and in that time he played a vital role in directing and implementing the company’s high levels of safety and compliance initiatives. Massey was also involved with the Quality Certification Alliance and PPAI’s Product Responsibility Action Group. SnugZ President Brandon Mackay said, “It was a great honor to work alongside such an intelligent man who protected and served our industry with passion and integrity. He will always be a member of our SnugZ family and will truly be missed.” Massey is survived by his wife, Sol; his children: Alyse; Ryan; Eric; Adam; Jordan; Brady; Emma, and Joseph; granddaughter, Hazel Massey; mother, Judith Key; sisters: Linda Vanisi; Tiffany Street; and Heather Arlen; and brothers Wade and Daren.
