Executives, Suppliers Together
For Its Annual National Sales
Meeting
HALO Branded Solutions
(UPIC: HBS) brought together
nearly 250 of its top account executives, who represent most
of the company’s $218 million in 2014 sales, at Belmond
Charleston Place in Charleston, South Carolina, for its annual
national sales meeting. Attendance at the late July event set a
new record for the Sterling, Illinois, distributor.
HALO held the national sales meeting’s closing ceremonies on the
USS Yorktown
, home of the Congressional Medal of Honor
Museum. HALO also donated $2,500 to support the construction
of the new Congressional Medal of Honor Museum at Patriot’s
Point in Charleston.
AIA Hosts 2015 National
Sales Summit In St. Louis
AIA
brought together more than 330 distributors, suppliers
and corporate employees at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch
in St. Louis, Missouri, in July for the distributor’s 20th annual
National Sales Summit. The mid-year conference, themed
“Gateway to Growth,” provided networking opportunities
and education sessions for participants to share best prac-
tices and learn about the future of the industry. It also rec-
ognized the professional accomplishments of distributors
and suppliers alike at an awards reception with more than
120 awards in 16 categories.
Seth Mattison
, an expert on workforce trends and generational
dynamics, spoke on navigating a new business landscape founded
on collaboration as the key to unleashing innovation during his
keynote presentation.
