SPONSORED CONTENT Custom Apparel Is More Accessible Than You Think Custom apparel no longer has to mean high minimums, long timelines or a complicated process. HTT is making it more accessible, flexible and distributor-friendly. TIRED OF PITCHING THE SAME polo as everyone else? Custom apparel gives distributors a powerful way to differentiate—without high minimums, long lead times or a complicated ordering process. Head to Toe Headwear, Apparel & Accessories combines faster custom programs, low minimums, creative support and fulfillment to make custom easier from prototype to production. “Once distributors complete that first order, they realize it’s like placing any other order,” says Nate Dickman, vice president of sales. Founded in 1991, HTT pairs 35 years of apparel and headwear experience with a new perspective and an average employee tenure of 16 years. “It’s a reinvigoration: HTT 2.0,” Dickman says. “We promoted three leaders—including COO Joshua Austill and CFO Tamara Gremard—who have 55 years of combined experience here, and are asking, ‘How can we make HTT better?’” More Ways to Customize HTT offers semi-custom and fully custom apparel and headwear. Distributors can personalize established silhouettes through colors, decoration and labeling or work with HTT to create a custom garment. “We can match a Hawaiian pattern to a company’s logo and incorporate it into a unique garment,” Dickman explains. Quickwear offers eight best-selling, fully sublimated styles—including polos, hoodies, quarter-zips and jackets—with 50-piece minimums and 28-day production from final approval. “Think of the garment as a blank canvas,” Dickman says. “Use every inch of that canvas to create a memorable piece that won’t sit in the closet.” Est. 1991 delivers premium retail quality across puffers, vests, windbreakers, polos, quarter-zips and coordinated athleisure. “Our price point lets you bring elevated apparel companywide,” Dickman says. “We also offer private labeling, creating a full retail look and feel.” FSP offers recycled cut-and-sew styles in 10 fabrics ranging from 30% to 100% RPET. “That recycled story resonates with customers—and we’ve won bids because we offer it,” Dickman says. Helping Distributors Win Custom Business HTT helps distributors pitch solutions by researching end-clients and developing tailored mockups. “Our creative department developed a retro jacket in custom PMS colors that played off an end-client’s brand and golf sponsorships,” Dickman says. “Our distributor won because of the apparel’s creativity.” HTT works with partner factories and travels internationally to identify emerging fabrics and styles, informing its offerings, including its upcoming athleisure line. But that’s not all. “Our sourcing agents and factory relationships let us help with the entire program—from custom apparel to unique products from cashmere sweaters to car sunshades—so they don’t have to source with different companies,” Dickman says. Support Beyond the Product For orders totaling 1,000+ pieces across one or multiple HTT SKUs, HTT’s fulfillment program provides planning, inventory management, 90day storage and, with credit approval, 90-day financing. “Most distributors don’t have the warehouse or infrastructure to handle these programs, keeping them from pursuing larger opportunities,” Dickman says. “For one of the largest fast-food chains, franchisees order through a website we provide, and we drop-ship directly as part of a program serving more than 20,000 employees.” HTT will launch an open-source ERP and CRM system to let distributors track orders in real time, from factory production through receipt and shipping. “This opens communication at the next level,” Dickman says. Start Your Custom Project “People may think they know Head To Toe, but we’re growing,” Dickman says. “We want to show distributors what we can do for their next project.” Learn more at HTTApparel.com.
