THE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT PROFESSIONALS OF CANADA celebrated the industry’s emerging leaders during its 43rd annual PPPC Awards in Toronto last September. The PPPC Momentum Awards were established to recognize the industry’s dynamic innovators who are continuously challenging and improving conventional methods. The recipients of the Momentum Award are emerging leaders who are driven, creative and leading the industry into the future. The awards event, held during the association’s National Convention, recognized six PPPC members: • Kathryn Peach, Promotional Source • Maryse Melanson, The Branding Company • Cameron Craig, Outstanding Branding • Jazmyn Alexandre-Cuyugan, Ace Branding Company • Daniel Segreti, Add Impact • Xaria Russell, Key Innovations Each of the Momentum Award winners was nominated and judged by fellow members and received a plaque produced by Ontario-based St Regis Group – the No. 22 supplier in the PPAI 100 – to commemorate their win. They were also gifted Bulova | Citizen watches. Meet The 2024 PPPC Momentum Award Winners • Kathryn Peach, who was also recognized last year as a PPAI Rising Star, is known for her exceptional attention to detail and is widely regarded as an innovative, driven and creative professional. • Maryse Melanson has proven to be a leader and creative problem solver. Her colleagues and customers alike note that her customer service is next level. She’s admired for her positive attitude and sense of humor. • Cameron Craig is known for his dedication to elevating the promotional products industry in Canada and is active within the PPPC as a member of the regional board for the association’s Manitoba chapter. He recently stepped into a sales leadership role and is admired and respected by those that work with him and know him personally. • Jazmyn AlexandreCuyugan is considered an industry standout by her colleagues and customers. She possesses a proactive approach and boasts excellent communications and interpersonal skills. She has made a significant contribution to the overall success of her organization. • Daniel Segreti is known for his creativity and drive toward excellence and the success of his clients. With a blend of artistic talent and a sharp eye for design, Daniel brings a personal touch to each project he’s involved in. • Xaria Russell is a true leader and innovator, continually bringing forward fresh and innovative ideas and new technologies to her company. She puts her all into every project and builds strong relationships with her colleagues and clients. Her colleagues note that she is a joy to be around and inspires all those around her. Recognizing these emerging leaders is important for PPPC, as these individuals are helping to future-proof and shape our industry.
