As a proud certified women-owned and service disabled veteran-owned small textile manufacturing business, we first started in 2014 when both our previous careers ended. My sister and I started to sew hooded blanket ponchos and sell them online. As soon as demand took off, we knew we had a real niche and started to mass produce. We have been a successful B2C manufacturer and in 2020 expanded into the B2B market. We now sell our expansive wholesale catalog to mass retailers like Meijer, Harris Teeter, pOpshelf and Walgreens. We are proud to share that we also expanded into offering private label textiles to our large corporate partners, along with the government sector. What led your company to enter the promotional products market? Natural expansion into the B2B market directed us to the promotional products market because of the uniqueness and high quality of our soft-line textiles. After being approached by small businesses and offering our private label cut-and-sew services, we felt a natural match would be the promotional products and corporate branding market. Blankets have always been our specialty, and when you work with us, you support our give-back initiative, fundraiserblankets.com, which allow schools a custom branded way to easily raise funds for programs they need. What’s your favorite thing about being in the promotional products industry? The community itself is creative, resilient and holds the same values as our brand and staff and the communities we service. We feel we can be a diverse vendor that adds value in a new industry, and with our creative “products with purpose” touches, you can then also provide your end users with a spectacular textile product that is women-owned and veteran-owned. Why did you join PPAI? We joined PPAI to expand our brand awareness in the promotional products and corporate branding industry. We want to create a community of vendors who match with our brand motto, products with purpose, and to also expand the opportunity for branded blankets and towels to not only carry your names but also to impact lives.
