Compiled by James Khattak PPAI Announces Executive TeamPromotions Changes within PPAI leadership sees some familiar faces take on new roles at the Association. Alan Peterson, who joined the Association in 2016 as its vice president of business development, will now serve as senior vice president. Ellen Tucker, who has been with PPAI since 2014, most recently as its director of business development and expositions, has been promoted to the new role of vice president of revenue and expositions. Peterson and Tucker are both taking on new responsibilities and oversight at the Association, both drawing on extensive backgrounds in business development, exhibitions and associationmanagement. For Peterson, his responsibilities grow to include a larger share of the organization’s initiatives to help achievemember and association success. “My responsibilities will change significantly,” says Peterson, who has been with PPAI for six years. “I will be responsible for a number of new departments and will evaluate howwe add key talent and find creative ways to reset expectations.
