I have been a distributor in the promotional products business for 20 years. After many years building products from scratch for my clients, I decided it was time to build one for myself. With a fascination for mini liquor bottles—you know the airline bottles, right?—and a level of frustration about what was available as a nice presentation for them as a gift—how many wicker baskets can one person use?—I decided that would be my baby. There is nothing like theBAR2GO on the market and after all, everyone loves a mini bar. I intended to create a case that would look great, travel and pack well, and be able to be privately branded. I had a very solid relationship with a supplier that made all my custom bags, and he agreed to hear me out. We covered all the details I had in my head and got to work on the design.
